We chose Amethyst to represent the Third-Eye Chakra for the reason that it is a stone of mindfulness and spiritual connection. Its calming and balancing properties make it a popular choice for promoting the user’s clarity and insight.

Sodalite is a stone that is associated with the Throat Chakra due to its dark blue colour, which aligns with the energy of this chakra.
